Students from Holy Trinity school help spell out the word FAST during a visit to Victoria earlier this year to help the Heart and Stroke Foundation launch a new provincewide awareness campaign intended to help people learn the signs of stroke and act fast. FAST is an acronym for: Face — is it drooping?; Arms — can you raise both?; Speech — is it slurred or jumbled?; and Time to call 9-1-1 right away. heartandstroke.ca/FAST
