Make way for spring fashions by clearing out unwanted clothing and accessories and donating them to the Canadian Diabetes Association's Clothesline program, which is giving away a Disney family getaway. Donate now through March 10 and enter to win a Disney family getaway. Enter in the national draw by scheduling your free pickup by phone (1-800-505-5525 and mention the word "Trip") or online (www. diabetes.ca/promise) or by dropping off your donation at the nearest Clothesline office (visit www.diabetes.ca/clothesline for locations and receive an entry for each bag donated). North Shore Needle Arts Guild meets the second Thursday of the month and offers instruction in all types of embroidery and beading at St. Martin's Anglican Church hall in North Vancouver. New members are welcome. For membership information, please call 604-922-4032.
