Travis Petersen, head chef for Dinner in the Sky, is ready for the unique food event that starts Saturday and runs the entire month of July in Lower Lonsdale. Dinner in the Sky features dinner and brunch options at a table elevated 200 feet, suspended by a crane.
Depending on the package purchased, the meal will feature three to six courses.
