Minister of Veterans Affairs Julian Fantino presented commendations to 14 B.C. residents in Vancouver earlier this year for their exemplary service to veterans, including: Gordon William Barrett of North Vancouver; Julie Clements of West Vancouver; Ross Martin Gulkison of North Vancouver; and Roy Mosdell of North Vancouver. The Minister of Veterans Affairs Commendation is awarded to individuals who have contributed to the care and well-being of veterans or to the remembrance of the contributions, sacrifices and achievements of veterans, according to a written statement.
