MasterChef Canada contestant chef Travis Petersen and chef Derrick Peltz, MasterChef season 6 runner-up, plate a pair of kusshi oysters, the first of five courses of a meal service at Finch & Barley restaurant in Lower Lonsdale on Monday night.
Organizers said the $100-a-plate pop-up dinner, presented by catering company The Nomadcook, was the first time alumni from the Canadian and U.S. versions of the show had worked together.
