Norman Watt spoke to a full house at the Lynn Valley Library last month. The local author and experienced hiker gave a talk and slide presentation about his recently updated edition of Off the Beaten Path: A Hiking Guide to Vancouver’s North Shore, which features detailed information on a variety of routes winding through the North Shore trail system. Fellow local author Ted Hunt was recently on hand at the North Vancouver London Drugs to promote and sign copies of his latest golf technique book based on the style and swing of legendary golfer Ben Hogan. Hunt’s book is entitled Ben Hogan’s Tips for Weekend Golfers: Simple Advice to Improve Your Game.
