Nixon, a Burnaby resident who has worked for the CBC in Toronto, Iqaluit, Regina, Winnipeg and, currently, Vancouver, got back into running after meeting McHugh and recently completed a marathon in France.

The free book talk is taking place Wednesday, Nov. 2, 78: 15 p.m., at the library, 3045 Highland Blvd. Registration is required - call 6049874471.
