Bottomless brunches, decadent festive meals ready to put on your holiday table at home, and plenty of treats are on tap for celebrating Easter in Metro Vancouver this year

The best part of many holidays is the food, and this Easter in Metro Vancouver proves to be no egg-ception. Whether you are brunching with your household bubble or ordering in for a festive dinner at home, restaurants across the city have put together some incredible packages for Easter meals. 

To help you feast for the season, we've rounded up some special dinners, brunches, deals, and drinks you can enjoy for celebrating Easter. Be sure to not put off getting orders in when necessary, as oftentimes places have firm cut-off dates and specific pick-up times. 

The Lazy Gourmet

From a seven-course dinner, grazing box for two, to artisanal desserts, and a fun Easter Egg Hunting Kit, there is something for all ages. Highlights from the 'Grazing Box for Two' include Chicken Saltibocca Lolly, Vegan Carrot Lox on Buckwheat Blini, Maple Glazed Salmon with Sesame Seeds, Mustard Herb Lamp Pop, and a variety of cured meats, olives, cheese, bread, and dips. Created by executive chef Jenny Hui, the seven-course Easter Menu At-Home ($45 per person) starts off with a Spring Pea Salad, followed by a choice between Stuffed Turkey Breasts, Seared BC Cod, or a vegetarian option. Diners can revel in a variety of sides, such as Duck Fat Roasted Potatoes, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, and Honey Brown Sugar Roasted Carrots, before finishing the meal with a beautiful Party In Bloom Cupcake. Fable Diner

For the Easter weekend, Fable Diner will be offering a special Family Meal from Thursday, April 1 to Monday, April 5. This is available for takeout and delivery. Enjoy a Roast Chicken dinner with featured salad (mixed local greens with house-made apple cider vinaigrette), mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables and 4 house-made ice cream sandwiches (delicious chocolate chewy cookies made with rye flour) for $50! Customers are encouraged to pre-order online or by calling 604-563-3463.

Edge Catering

Executive Chef Jasmin Porcic’s incredible Easter meal has just about everything you could want in an Easter dinner. Mouth-watering Sous Vide Garlic + Rosemary Lamb, or beautiful traditional Ham, Chef has paired perfectly cooked innovative sides to accompany, and delectable desserts. And rise to Easter morning with a lovely Spring-themed Brunch for two, it’s pure celebration of food to share with your nearest and dearest. Easy re-heat instructions for instant success.  They have partnered with local chocolatier Purdy’s for chocolate treats, too. Fun add-ons include Edge's “Easter Cookie Decorating Kits” to keep the kids occupied. All orders must be placed by 4 p.m. on Tuesday, March 30. Pickup available Saturday, April 3 between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Delivery available at an extra charge.

Homer Street Café and Bar

The Yaletown favourite is continuing its convenient Homer @ Home heat-and-eat, take-out dinner series with an Easter feast. The Easter @ Home menu is available for purchase by phone and online. For $89, the three-course menu generously serves two people and boasts cheese and charcuterie, followed by maple-glazed ham, and traditional spiced carrot cake for dessert. The Easter @ Home feast can be paired with the April Wine promotion, wherein all bottles of wine are 20% off the list price for the entire month of April. This offer is valid both for dine-in and take-out at Homer Street Café & Bar. 
 
Easter @ Home can be purchased by contacting the restaurant directly (604-428-4299) or via Tock (until the deadline of Friday, April 2 at 6 p.m. Please note: Past take-out dinners in the series have sold out far in advance. Order promptly to avoid disappointment). Easter @ Home orders will be ready for pickup from noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday, April 3 and Easter Sunday, April 4.

Heritage Asian Eatery

Heritage Asian Eatery has created a dim sum feature of new menu items and classic favourites. Available for takeout only, from Friday, April 2 to Sunday, April 4 (11 a.m.-3 p.m.) the special menu includes Heritage dim sum favourites and new items: prawn dumplings (4 pieces), truffle siu mai (4 pieces), Heritage wings (12 pieces), eggplant, chive prawn cake (4 piece), xo radish cake, lotus leaf sticky rice, black sesame balls (4 pieces) For larger households, the restaurant recommends the Heritage Family Feasts, available for groups of four to six people. The Family Feast needs to be pre-ordered one day in advance through the Heritage website.

Tableau Bar Bistro

The newly refreshed, French-inspired Coal Harbour restaurant will be fully open throughout Easter Weekend (April 2-5) which includes: Easter Brunch Friday-Monday (10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.), Happy Hour (2:30-5:30 p.m. + 9 p.m.-close), and Dinner service nightly. The April Wine promotion will be in effect. All bottles of wine benefit from a 20% discount off the list price throughout the entire month of April. This offer is valid both for dine-in and take-out at Tableau Bar Bistro.

Pacific Yacht Charters

Set sail for a festive meal at home. This ready to heat and serve Easter meal features the following: Roast Rack of Pork Stuffed with Apples & Celery; Loaded Mashed Potatoes; Spring Salad; Collard Greens; Roast Fennel and Purple Beetroot; Uprising Breads Hot Cross Buns; and Traditional Crème Caramel with dulce de leche sauce. Priced at $149 for four and $76 for two, orders will be accepted until Monday, March 29, and curbside pick-up (1370 E. Georgia St) is April 2 and 3 from 11 a.m.-3 p.m.

This downtown spot will have its famous brunch, along with Easter features, available all Easter weekend long (April 2-5).  Then, from 4-6 p.m. on April 4 and 5, the Easter Bunny will be stopping by to hand out Easter Egg sweets and treats, as well as an Egg Decorating Kit. Guests can decorate the eggs at the restaurant with the Easter Bunny present and bring their beautiful eggs home with them. Reservations to meet the Easter Bunny can be made at hsbookings@parqvancouver.com. $29 Easter Bunny reservation includes egg decorating kit, and candy to take home with you.

Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts (PICA)

PICA’s impressive four-course Easter Dinner To-Go menu is a true springtime bounty that includes traditional hot cross buns, smoked salmon, maple-bourbon-glazed ham with seasonal accompaniments, and a molten chocolate cake for dessert paired with festive mini chocolate Easter eggs. PICA’s signature Easter menus are priced at $45 per person are available for pre-order now until 1 p.m. pm on Wednesday, March 31. The packages will be available exclusively for pick-up on Saturday, April 3 and Sunday, April 4.

Papi's Seafood & Oyster Bar

Bar Manager Katie Slacks has created a special Easter cocktail for drink enthusiasts: the Modern Bunny ($13). This libation is a riff of another classic cocktail known as the 20th century—Papi’s version features orange-infused gin, Lillet Blanc, white crème de cacao, lemon juice, a dash of orange bitters, garnished with a slice of Terry’s chocolate orange. This festive creation will be available April 4 and 5. Besides mouthwatering drinks and gorgeous views of English Bay, guests can enjoy a Sunday Prime Rib Roast feature with crab Oscar sauce during the Easter Weekend. Reservations can be made by calling 604-602-9570 or booking online.

Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar

During brunch (11 a.m.-2 p.m.) and dinner (4-8:30 p.m.) on Sunday, April 4, Executive Chef Roger Ma presents a three-course menu bursting with fresh seafood and early spring ingredients. For the little ones, the newly launched three-course Kids' Menu will be available for $39. Boulevard's Raw Bar will be fully stocked, and Caviar Service will be available for those looking to indulge further. Reservations can be made by calling 604-642-2900 or via OpenTable. 
 
For a truly effortless Easter at home, trust on Iron Chef Canada Champion Alex Chen's offerings. Chen, who leads Boulevard's at-home line BLVD Provisions, has designed two mouthwatering offerings that celebrate the arrival of spring. Opt for either a Slow-Roasted Leg of Lamb or a super tender Boneless Prime Ribeye Roast. Both indulgent offerings come complete with the signature BLVD Corn Bread, a sensational spring Asparagus Soup featuring sweet Dungeness Crab and tarragon cream and a Raspberry Caramel dessert. Easy-to-follow printed cooking instructions accompany Boulevard's Easter To-Go kits. Easter To-Go will be available for pickup from Boulevard on April 2, 3 and 4, orders must be placed via Tock.  

El Santo

Featuring four courses, the Easter family style takeout dinner includes Chileatol, a chicken and Poblano chili broth fused with Veracruz traditions; a choice of a chicken Tamal or refried pinto beans and Oaxaca Tamal;  cheese and rice filled Chile Relleno or el Champandongo, a dish layered with corn tortilla, braised pork, Poblano slices, and topped with black huitlacoche. For dessert, enjoy a guajillo flan made with Mexican vanilla and brown sugar caramel. As with all el Santo offerings, a vegetarian option is also available. The meal is available for two or four people. To help with alternate sugar cravings, el Santo is also back with their coveted Margarita de Primavera kit for that weekend only. The kit includes Patron Silver Tequila, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, house made lavender syrup, lime juice, and saline for $110. The order deadline for both the Easter take home family meal and Margarita de Primavera kit is Sunday, March 28 with pick up on Sunday, April 4. Celebrate Easter from the comfort of home with an impressive to-go dinner from Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, aka ‘The Castle in the City.’ This festive to-go menu was created by Fairmont Hotel Vancouver’s Executive Chef David Baarschers, and offers the choice of Prime Rib or Emperor Ham, and comes with a variety of side dishes such as Green Bean and Olive Oil Soffritto, Roast Tri Colour Potatoes, Yorkshire Pudding and Dulce de Leche Cheesecake. Contactless pick-up available April 3 between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Gotham Steakhouse & Bar

Gotham's Easter Feast Package is a dinner for four that's priced at $325 and includes: Fresh Citrus Salad; Roast Leg of Lamb & Spring Succotash; roasted nugget potatoes; mint pesto & lamb jus; and Pavlova for dessert with French custard, fresh berries, kiwi and mint, berry coulis and whipped cream. Gotham Steakhouse & Bar’s Easter Feast Package will be available for pick-up at the Seymour Stree restaurant. Guests may visit Gotham online or call 604-605-8282 to place a takeout or delivery order.

Fairmont Pacific Rim

Enjoy a three-course brunch menu developed by Botanist’s Executive Chef Hector Laguna and his culinary team at Fairmont Pacific Rim. Available exclusively on Saturday, April 3 and Sunday, April 4 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., this special holiday menu begins when guests arrive and receive a glass of complimentary sparkling wine and a hand-crafted cocktail from the award-winning Botanist Bar team. The dining experience kicks off with a selection of starters, featuring options such as a Roasted Squash Salad or Hand-Cut Beef Tartare, followed by main course options like the Baked Sablefish or Slow Roasted Onion Benedict. For a sweet ending, diners can choose from several spring-inspired dessert options. Reservations are recommended and can be booked through Opentable.

Provence Marinaside

Provence Marinaside Chefs Jean-Francis Quaglia and Sheldon Maloff have designed a special take-out Easter Heat and Eat Dinner so you can enjoy a delicious celebratory feast in the comfort of your own home. To start, enjoy Provence’s signature Warm Herb-Crusted Goat Cheese Salad. The dinner offers a choice of two main courses - either Dijon and Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb or Carved Ham. Both are accompanied by Scalloped Potatoes and Honey-Roasted French Beans and Carrots. End the meal with French favourite Clafoutis aux Fruits Rouges with whipped cream and raspberry coulis. Priced at $45 (ham) or $55 (lamb) per person plus taxes, the dinner kit comes complete with preparation instructions, and there is a handy video posted online showing you how to plate your dishes. The Heat and Eat Easter Dinner is available for pick up starting Friday April 2 through Monday April 5 and must be ordered in advance, no later than Wednesday March 31. If you’d like a bottle of something special to pair with your meal, Wine Director Joshua Carlson has chosen some exceptional wines which are also available to add to your takeout order. 

ARC Restaurant at Fairmont Waterfront

ARC Restaurant at Fairmont Waterfront has two sweet ways to dip into Easter this year. ARC’s Bottomless Brunch and ARC After Dark dining experiences will be adding a Belgian Dark Chocolate Fondue to the bottomless offerings, served with an array of dippable goodies selected and paired by Executive Chef Mike Pagnacco. The Bottomless Brunch: Easter Edition will be available Sunday, April 4 and Monday, April 5 with seatings from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and is priced at $54 per person ($30 for children ages 12 and under). The ARC After Dark: Easter Edition will be exclusively available on Sunday, April 4 and will feature the same lo-fi beats from DJ Remsta and bottomless small plates that have made this a must-try downtown evening destination. Priced at $64 per person, ARC After Dark: Easter Edition will be available for seatings from 5 to 8:30 p.m.

Dockside

On Easter Sunday this year, Dockside Restaurant will be offering a Bottomless Easter Brunch to celebrate one of the best brunch days of the year. Dockside’s kitchen team will prepare a wide range of brunch favourites which will be ordered from a server. It’s all-you-can eat but served a la carte style, safely and socially distanced.  From classics like Croque Monsieur, and Eggs Benny three ways to house-baked pastries and desserts with lots of options in-between, the menu includes everything needed to leave every guest deliciously satisfied. Reservations are available from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and can be made by calling 604-685-7070. Don’t forget that free parking is available on Granville Island.

Belgard Kitchen

Following the success of 2020’s Easter Feast meal kits, Belgard Kitchen is back for another round, marking a full year since their original “pandemic pivot”. Similar to previous offerings, the meal kits are packed with locally-sourced ingredients and all the elements for an easy, delicious Easter Feast with minimal prep and clean up. Along with written instructions, a link to a YouTube video will be provided for chefs/diners to follow along at their own pace and revisit steps as needed.
This year’s menu features dishes including: Roasted Half Chicken; Honey Glazed Ham; Maple Roasted Root Vegetables; and Butterscotch Panna Cotta. At $40 per person, each kit feeds two adults, with the tempting option to add beer, wine, and a donation to Belgard’s ongoing community partner Mealshare, a laudable organization committed to ending youth hunger. Belgard’s 2021 Easter Feast Kits are on sale now until Monday, March 29 (or while quantities last) with pick up options for April 2-4. They can be purchased through the restaurant’s website.

Ancora - False Creek

Executive Chef Sebastian Delgado’s special Easter two-course lunch ($44 per person) and three-course dinner ($55 per person) menus beautifully display Ancora’s signature Peruvian-meets-Japanese Nikkei cuisine. 

“Easter in Peru” is the feature cocktail created by Bar Manager Kam Tabarraee in honour of the holiday. This captivating drink showcases Tacama Albilla Pisco, white crème de cacao, Frangelico, cacao nibs-infused green tea, and a dash of raspberry-and-lemon shrub. It is then served in a chocolate-rimmed martini glass lined with two whimsical chocolate-covered grapes, which resembles chocolate Easter eggs. 

Ancora - Ambleside

Across the Lion’s Gate Bridge, Ancora Ambleside’s Executive Chef Jorge Kim is presenting vibrant two-course lunch ($44 per person) and three-course dinner ($55 per person) Easter menus, just in time to ring in springtime.  Reservations can be made by calling 604-602-9570 or booking online.
