Annie Little and Madeline Hallson (front) help out North Vancouver school district superintendent John Lewis, Norgate Community Elementary principal Lisa Upton and Sofiabella Tween Clothing Boutique owner Elena Grant at the second annual 44 Dresses Boutique Day event last week. Founded by Upton and Grant last year, 44 Dresses provides gently used formal wear to Grade 7 students who don’t have the means to purchase clothing for their elementary school farewell celebrations. This year, the team helped 80 girls and 20 boys select outfits for their year-end festivities.
