The exclusive new Chopard Boutique opened its doors in Vancouver with a glitzy and glamorous red carpet affair because, after all, it is Chopard!
Chopard’s International Wholesale Director Philipp Ammann flew in from Geneva to join Sassan Pourfar, their Vancouver partner from Global Watch Company, for the festivities and ribbon cutting.
Ammann says the time was right for the prestigious 157-year-old company to open one of its exclusive, free-standing boutiques in Vancouver as our city has the clientele who appreciate luxury brands like Chopard.
“Luxury watches and jewelry is Chopard’s DNA,” said Ammann as he toured me through the new boutique. Vancouver will not be disappointed in what Chopard has to offer.
Known for their Swiss timepieces, luxurious jewellery and accessories, this Chopard location will also have—for the first time in Vancouver—high-end jewellery from the Chopard collections which are unique to their boutiques. A few of these stunning pieces were on display at the opening and Phillip was kind enough to show me a few. The showstopper was the one-of-a-kind white gold necklace which boasted 239 princess cut diamonds for a total of 46.59 carats. The other standouts were a pair of emerald earrings—or sapphire for those who prefer blue!
The Chopard boutique is located at 925 West Georgia Street.
