The Four Seasons is synonymous with luxury, and summer in Whistler is synonymous with BBQ and B.C. brew! Combine the two and you get the popular Thursday BBQ night at Sidecut Modern Steak + Bar. This year the hotel restaurant is partnering with local craft breweries, like Howe Sound and Deep Cove. The barbecue menu is varied and plentiful, from tender pork ribs to grilled wild salmon. The selection of bright salads and delicious sides make it a feast for the senses. If you’re lucky, you’ll be greeted by Chef Artie in the courtyard, lined with flaming grills and BBQ platters. Live music, featuring a roster of local musicians, rounds out the experience and provides a soundtrack for the evening, as guests enjoy freshly made ice cream sandwiches and linger over locally crafted beers.
