Dolores Altin of Toastmasters International speaks publicly about the fine art of public speaking before a crowd at the Silver Harbour Seniors’ Centre.
The North Vancouver-based club is slated to hold its Speechcraft Workshop on Wednesdays from Jan. 30 until March 6.
