3… 2… 1… HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Some people bang pots and pans, some sing Auld Lang Syne, others toast Champagne, and some will already be sound asleep. No matter what your traditions may be, New Year’s Eve symbolizes saying goodbye to the previous year and hello to the new one ahead.

This group is doing just that on New Year’s Eve in 1947 at The Ranch Dine & Dance, which was at 2050 Marine Dr. in North Vancouver. For $10 per couple, you were promised a good time and a delicious turkey dinner with dancing starting at 9:30 p.m.
