We often receive great photos (like this one of local mountain-biking teen Caleb Holonko) of local people doing interesting activites and we'd like to share them in print and online.
Email us a photo of you, your family members, or your friends getting active on the North Shore, and we'll consider it for our new Show Us Your Sports page. Send your photo to [email protected].
Here are a couple of guidelines:
1. Anyone shown in a photo doing something involving wheels (bikes, skateboards, etc.) or other high-flying action must be wearing a helmet.
2. Please provide the first and last names of the people in the photo (left to right) and a short description of what they are doing and where they are (e.g. hiking BCMC, drinking juiceboxes at soccer practice in Deep Cove, skateboarding at Ambleside Skate Park).
Chosen photos will be printed in the paper (similar to our News Around the World page) and shown online. There is no guarantee submitted photos will be published as it depends on available space and the number of photos we receive.
