Onlookers tour the deck of the USS Stockdale moored at the Burrard Dry Dock Pier Sunday. The U.S. Navy’s guided missile destroyer was moored in North Vancouver for a four-day liberty port visit. The ship is named in honour of the highest-ranking U.S. naval officer held as a prisoner of war in North Vietnam, vice-admiral James Bond Stockdale.
