Lions Gate Quilters Guild members Sharon Bovee, Cathy Hinds and Jane Ellis stand in front of the grand prize quilt to be raffled off at the Lions Gate Quilt Show Friday June 8th and Saturday June 9th from 9am-5pm at the Capilano University Sportsplex 2055 Purcell Way North Vancouver. Over 200 quilts will be on display along with a merchant mall and tea room for refreshments. Proceeds from the raffle quilt go towards making quilts for North Shore organizations such as Kiwanis Care Centre, Lookout Emergency Aid and Lions Gate Hospital. photo submitted
