Daniel Solodchenko and Robert Reece, Grade 2 students at Pauline Johnson Elementary, held a used book sale at lunch on Nov. 15 to raise money to fight cancer. The friends were inspired to hold the fundraiser after learning about Terry Fox at school. Their event raised $590, which they plan to drop off in person at the BC Cancer Society this week.
