District of North Vancouver’s Fromme Mountain parking and staging area is seeing heavy use from mountain bikers, dog walkers, hikers and trail runners.
The new lot at the top of Mountain Highway has off-street parking for 75 vehicles and is open 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week.
The installation of a bike wash, the completion of restoration planting and trail connection improvements are expected this fall.
