Hospital visitors: Volunteers are needed for a hospital visitation program to visit patients, help them with walks, play cards, read books and make a difference in their lives.

Cashier chair: The COHO Festival is looking for a cashier chair. This individual is responsible for barbecue cashiers and cash handling the day of the COHO Festival. Must be able to supervise and provide clear directions to their team. Cash experience mandatory.

Park stewards: Every fourth Saturday of the month, Mahon Park stewards gather to pull out invasive plant species and sometimes put in native plants. They are always looking for new members, so please feel free to pass the invite on to friends, family, and co-workers. As always, tools and refreshments will be provided. Rain or shine, so prepare for variable weather.

Bus driver: A volunteer with a valid unrestricted Class 4 B.C. driver's license is needed to drive an 18-passenger van for seniors outings. Good knowledge of the Lower Mainland an asset, but not mandatory.

Adventure leader/youth mentor: Scouts Canada is part of an international organization focused on youth development through outdoor education, leadership opportunities and team learning. Scouts offers boys and girls from kindergarten to young adults a place to challenge themselves, encourage personal growth, community involvement and healthy lifestyle.
