Westcot Elementary students Ender Mecl, Chelsea Wen, Amanda Whiting, Amelia Frazee and Ali Beig helped create the poetry book Growing Up is Optional.
Student poets are set to be in attendance for the book’s launch at West Vancouver Memorial Library on Thursday at 7 p.m. The event is part of Booktopia: Literary Arts Festival for Young People.
