Scott Wallace, Jody Billingsley and Tricia Yurkowski review artwork by West Vancouver school district students in kindergarten to Grade 12 that will be on display April 20 to 26 at Park Royal South, Gleneagles Community Centre and West Vancouver Community Centre as part of the Lighthouse Festival.
