Lila, Thomas and Audrey Ryce are looking forward to the City of North Vancouver’s annual Kids in the Hall event at city hall Nov. 18 from 1 to 4 p.m. The theme of this year’s free event is Welcome to the City, with city hall being transformed into a family-friendly oasis that encourages youth and their families to learn more about how the city works by visiting interactive info booths and taking part in other fun activities such as games, snacks and live music.
