West Vancouver SPCA volunteer Sophie Soetaert cuddles mastiff basset hound Kodi. Three West Vancouver animal lovers will be locked in kennels with a furry friend during the Locked In For Love event this Saturday. Donations are slated to help fund the protection of sheltered animals.
