On Sunday, the Abbotsford Canucks punched their ticket to the Calder Cup Final.
Less than an hour later, fans couldn't get a ticket of their own.
Shortly after the Canucks finished off the Texas Stars 4-2 to win the Western Conference Final by the same tally, fans were crowing on social media that the three games of the Calder Cup Final scheduled to take place at the Abbotsford Centre were already sold out.

The reaction was a mix of frustration over not being able to buy tickets and being impressed by the fervour of Canucks fans, eager to support the team as they attempt to win the first Calder Cup ever by a Vancouver Canucks affiliate.
Only, the tickets weren't actually sold out.
On Sunday evening, fans were met with a message on Ticketmaster when they attempted to buy tickets saying that all three games were sold out, but that appeared to be a glitch. By Monday morning, tickets were once again available to all three games.
Tickets for all three games are still available as of Monday morning, with ticket prices ranging from $65 to $147.
The Abbotsford Canucks will face the Charlotte Checkers in the Calder Cup Final, with Games 1 and 2 taking place in Charlotte, North Carolina on June 13 and 15, with Games 3, 4, and 5 (if necessary) in Abbotsford on June 17, 19, and 21, with the series returning to Charlotte for Games 6 and 7 on June 23 and 25, if necessary.
