New year, new music!

It's that time of the year when we reflect on our Spotify Wrapped and look forward to another year of our favourite tunes. It's also a great time look ahead into the next year and plan to make new memories, like singing your heart out at a concert. 

From Canadian music icons to top-charting artists, here are all the noteworthy concerts happening in Vancouver in 2023. 

Drake, 21 Savage

The Canadian rapper is setting out on his North American It's All a Blur tour and will be stopping in Vancouver late this summer.

When: Aug. 28 and Aug. 29, 7 p.m.

Where: Rogers Arena - 800 Griffiths Way

Snoop Dogg, Wiz Khalifa

The 33-city tour will feature special guests Too $hort, Warren G, Berner, and DJ Drama and will make stops around the United States, with only one other Canadian performance in Toronto.

P!nk

The singer announced her arena tour on the same day she dropped her ninth studio album TRUSTFALL. The tour will kick off in October in support of the new album.

Beyoncé

Beyoncé is taking her latest album, Renaissance, worldwide, with two stops in Canada along the way.

Kali Uchis

The singer's newest album since 2020, Red Moon in Venus, will debut on March 3, followed by a North American tour later this year. Raye is set to open most dates.

Nickelback

Popular rock band Nickelback is going on tour in support of their most recent album Get Rollin'

Charlie Puth

The four-time Grammy-nominee is set to bring "The 'Charlie' Live Experience" to Vancouver this summer.

Madonna

Madonna is embarking on her "Celebration Tour" this summer, touring Across North America and Europe with a stop in Vancouver along the way. The tour announcement video featured Lil Wayne, Amy Schumer, Diplo, Jack Black, Judd Apatow, and many more in a dinner party setup.

Sam Smith

The "Unholy" singer who recently won Brit Award for Song of the Year is plotting a 27-date tour with Jessie Reyez in support of their latest album Gloria.

Vance Joy

The alternative-indie singer will be performing in Metro Vancouver this summer on his "In Our Own Sweet Time" tour.

Coldplay

The announcement of the band's "Music of the Spheres" world tour had Vancouver fans in a frenzy. Coldplay even added a second Vancouver show due to the overwhelming response from locals.

Lionel Richie And Earth, Wind & Fire

The two music icons are joining forces for the "Sing A Song All Night Long" tour which will make two other Canadian stops in Toronto and Montreal.

Hozier

The Irish singer-songwriter announced his first North American tour since 2019, titled Unreal Unearth, with several stops in Canada along the way. Hozier will be touring with special guest Madison Cunningham.

Shania Twain

When the Canadian country singer announced her new "Queen of Me" tour Vancouverites lost their mind. The queen of country will have two back-to-back shows in Vancouver with singer-songwriter Lindsay Ell.

Yungblud

The pop punk singer is kicking off his world tour in February with a stop in Vancouver.

Louis Tomlinson 

The former One Direction member is back in Vancouver next summer for his "Faith In The Future" world tour.

Arctic Monkeys

The indie rock band announced their North American tour with Fontaines D.C as their opener following their newest album The Car.

Blink-182

The infamous pop punk band brought the original members back together for their upcoming world tour, with Turnstile as their opener.

Ed Sheeran 

The "Shape of You" singer-songwriter announced his "+ - = ÷ x Tour," which can also be called the "Mathematics Tour," earlier this year and will be joined by special guests Khalid, Dylan, Cat Burns, Maisie Peters, Russ, and Rosa Linn.

When: Sept. 2, 6 p.m.

Luke Combs

The country singer will only be making two Canadian stops on his world tour following his recent album "Growin' Up," including Vancouver and Edmonton. Combs will be joined by Riley Green, Lainey Wilson, Flatland Cavalry, and Brent Cobb.

Keshi

The singer is making a stop in Vancouver on his "Hell & Back" tour with opening acts Deb Never and James Ivy.

John Mayer

The singer-songwriter is embarking on a 19-date solo arena tour across North America. His Vancouver performance will feature special guest Alec Benjamin.

Jackson Wang

The GOT7 member's first ever North American headline tour in support of his second studio album Magic Man will kick off in April in Los Angeles.

Matchbox Twenty

The alternative rock band is making a stop in Vancouver as part of its latest world tour.

The country singer is taking his "One Night At A Time' tour around the world with a total of 39 dates.

Red Hot Chili Peppers

The rock band revealed their latest tour with six different opening acts, including The Strokes, Iggy Pop, The Roots, The Mars Volta, St. Vincent, and Thundercat. City and Colour and King Princess will be joining the band when they play in Vancouver.

Wizkid 

The Nigerian Afrobeats singer will be stopping in Vancouver on his "More Love, Less Ego" North American tour

Avenged Sevenfold

The band is going on their first proper tour since 2018, travelling through 13 North American cities with Alexionfire as supporting act. The tour comes after the band announced their latest album Life Is but a Dream

Jungle

The British duo will be visiting Vancouver this fall in support of their latest album Volcano which will release on August 11.

Amanda Marshall

The Canadian singer will be travelling across the country for her "25 And Counting: The Heavy Lifting" tour with Sophia Fracassi as her opening act. The tour comes after her fourth album.

A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie

The New York rapper will be touring Canada in support of last year's Me vs. Myself album. He'll be kicking off his eight Canadian dates in Vancouver this summer before heading east. Mariah The Scientist will be performing as the opening act.

Måneskin

The rising rock band will make a stop in Vancouver along its "Rush!" world tour which piggybacks on Måneskin’s ongoing "Loud Kids" world tour

KISS

The band is planning “the absolute final shows of their final tour” to take place in arenas across Canada and the U.S., including a date in Vancouver.

The Cure

The band will be touring North America with opening act The Twilight Sad for its "Shows of a Lost World" tour.

Peter Gabriel

The rock singer announced dates for his North American leg of "I/O" tour which will span across Europe and North America, including Vancouver and other Canadian cities like Toronto and Montreal.

Wu-Tang Clan & Nas

The rappers are co-headlining again as they bring back last year's "NY State of Mind" tour for 2023. Once they arrive in Canada for their Toronto performance, the duo will be making their way west through Montreal, Winnipeg, Edmonton, and Calgary before performing in Vancouver.

Guns N' Roses 

The reunited rock band which includes Axl Rose, Duff McKagan, and Slash, will start its 40-date tour in June in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and make its way across the Middle East and Europe before capping off the tour with a final date in Vancouver in the fall.

Depeche Mode

The synth pop band announced 29 additional North American tour dates earlier this year with several Canadian dates including Vancouver.
