Cadets from 525 Pathfinder Royal Canadian Air Cadet Squadron recently marked the end of the training year in West Vancouver. 

As West Vancouver Mayor Mary-Ann Booth presided over the 68th annual ceremonial review, the cadets showcased the skills they had developed over the past year, along with the many projects and competitions they had undertaken. 

In addressing the cadets, Booth remarked on the impressive quality of the cadet’s work, making special note of the pride and joy the cadets showed. Booth encouraged all of the cadets to continue to be exemplary members and citizens of their community.

Cadets Canada is a national program for youth ages 12 to 18 who are interested in participating in a variety of challenging and rewarding activities, with the aim of developing in them the attributes of good citizenship and leadership. There are more than 55,000 young men and women in 1,100 corps and squadrons across Canada.
