Kareem Masri, a 10-year-old Cub with the 11th Seymour Scouts recently received the Seeonee award, the highest award for his age group before he becomes a scout next year.
In order to earn the award he needed to come up with a project to help people in need. He chose to collect canned food items to donate to the Harvest Project and went door to door in his neighbourhood, collecting close to 190 food items.
