North Vancouver Community Players flipped their wigs and raised $4,500 for charity during their recent pantomine run at Hendry Hall.

The local theatre company staged Treasure Island from Nov. 30 to Dec. 16, with Wigs for Kids BC as the chosen recipient charity. 

Wigs for Kids is a volunteer organization that raises money to provide free custom-fitted, human-hair wigs for children suffering hair loss due to cancer or other serious illnesses.
