Kids warm up for the family-friendly five-kilometre race before the 12th annual Strachan Hartley Legacy Foundation Run on Sunday, Oct. 14 at Handsworth Secondary.
The event, which also features a 10-km race, is held annually on the Sunday closest to the late Strachan Hartley’s birthday at the school he attended. All funds raised through the event go to Streetfront, a program that works to support Vancouver’s youth at risk. For more information visit shlf.ca.
