Jessica Wilmot, of North Vancouver, takes the Miss Lower Mainland title at the Miss BC Pageant July 1 in Fort Langley. Presenting her with the regional title was special guest Monte Durham, host of Say Yes to the Dress: Atlanta. In her pageant platform, Wilmot advocated for support for youth struggling with addiction and depression.
