January 1, 1934 - July 31, 2025
Mum was born in North Vancouver and lived most of her life on the North Shore. She loved having everyone together at the family place in Crescent Beach and the condo in West Vancouver. She believed in helping others and keeping busy. She was active on the condo board and, until she was 87, spent many hours gardening and helping out around the building. She was very brave as she accepted the reality of a dementia diagnosis and the changes it brought to her life. We wish to acknowledge the 4 West staff at Lions Gate Hospital and all the staff at Sunrise Lynn Valley who were so compassionate in their care of our Mum. Predeceased by loving husband Peter, and son-in-law Dan Kane. Survived by sisters Helen and Sheila, daughters Laura Bradley (Chris), Lisa Ireton (Tom), Lenore Kane (Adam), grandchildren Alison (Laurie), Angela (David), Julia, Gillian, Katie (Joey), Siobhan (Jordy), Peter, and great grandchildren Otto, Flora, Callum, Arthur, a great grandson due soon, and many nieces and nephews. Much loved, and will be forever missed.
