With much sadness, we announce that Ruby passed away peacefully on July 17, 2025, with her daughter at her side. She was predeceased by her husband Carlisle (Leslie) John. She is survived by her daughter Alicia, son-in-law David, and grandson Marcus.
Ruby was a resident of North Vancouver for 56 years and was a long-time Operating Room nurse at Lions Gate Hospital. She was an avid tennis player and had a passion for crafts and a good book.
She was deeply loved by her family and friends and will forever be missed.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date.
