With loving remembrance, we announce the passing of Karen McClure, who left us peacefully at the age of 82 on June 18, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family.
Karen is now reunited with her husband, Neil, partner Vic, son Todd and nephew Justin, who passed before her and whom she carried in her heart always.
Karen leaves behind her son and daughter-in-law, Greg and Kyla, daughter-in-law Silke, grandchildren Brandon, Tanner, Katarina and Sophie, sister Wendy, nephews Corbin and Morgan and niece Alanna.
She also leaves behind many cherished friends, including her high school classmates, reunion companions, travel friends, the Norgate group and fellow BC Lions fans, all of whom brought joy and laughter to her life.
A celebration of her life will take place on July 26, 2025, at 2:00 pm at the Holiday Inn in North Vancouver. Family and friends are invited to join in remembering Karen, whose spirit remains in our hearts.
