It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lillian “ June” Coe on July 9, 2025. Born on October 17, 1934, in Brandon, Manitoba, June grew up in New Westminster and later obtained a dental hygiene diploma from the University of Alberta. She lived and worked in West Vancouver, where she raised her family.
June will be remembered for her involvement in many community groups, her generous Ukrainian dinners, and her warm and welcoming nature. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Ted, and her parents, John and Anne Bulych. She is survived by her children, Cathryn, Kenneth, and David; her grandson, Bradley; and many who fondly referred to her as “ Aunty June.”
Special thanks to those who took such good care of her over the past couple of years— the staff at Amica Edgemont Village and her longtime companion, Imelda.
Godspeed, June. You will be dearly missed.
Her funeral will take place at St. David’ s United Church in West Vancouver on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at 11 a.m.
