Marian Ornskov Grant was born October 14, 1934, and died July 4, 2025, in West Vancouver at age 90. Marian was born to an immigrant Danish family. Her mother and father were Helga and Jorgen Jensen, her siblings were Greta and Christian. She lived an amazing life, travelled the world, and had two wonderful husbands, John Grant and Raymond McLellan, who loved her dearly and 2 loving daughters, Laura and Lisa and their partners Paula and Steve respectively. She had many dear friends and neighbours. Even in her dementia years, she was still giggling, laughing, and flashing that beautiful smile. Her wish from 1976 was to donate her body to UBC research, cadaver unit. Her wish came true.
