A missing man from Grande Prairie, Alta. may be travelling through the Okanagan to Penticton, according to his wife and RCMP.
Jesse Faulkenham, 31, went missing the morning of June 2 after renting a black Ford Edge with plate U-4490 and hitting the road.
In public pleas for help on Facebook, his wife Brooke Timewell explained Faulkenham has family in Penticton he may have been heading to see.
Since then, there has been no activity on their credit or debit cards, and the family in Penticton reports he has not arrived.
Timewell explained her husband was in a state of manic psychosis when he left. The family was in the process of getting him mental health help when this incident occurred.
He was last seen in a full suit, blue tie, crocks and a camouflage hat. The route from Grande Prairie to Penticton would take him through Kamloops then south through the Okanagan Valley.
Timewell believes he may have simply driven until he ran out of gas.
Grande Prairie RCMP have put out a missing persons alert. Faulkenham is described as 5’8″ tall, weighing 190 pounds with green eyes and brown hair.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the Grande Prairie RCMP at 780-830-5700 or their local police.
Timewell echoes that ask, and adds that if anyone thinks they spot him, to call police first then send her a Facebook message so she can follow up.
"He’s my best friend and I really want to bring him home to us all safety," Timewell wrote.
