DC potable water locations open - restriction still on until water declared safe for consumption

Potable water sales on - restriction remains in place for now.
A water main break in Beiseker on Oct. 1 caused a water outage in the village and a boil water advisory.

Potable water sales are back on in the City of Dawson Creek - with locations now open.

City officials not crews are working diligently to repair the water main and encourage residents and more to continue to conserve water.

Once the water main has been repaired, and it has been declared safe for consumption and use, the 'Emergency Water Restriction' will be rescinded.

On July 31 the city declared an Emergency Water Restriction, citing a water main break.
