As the photos show, it appears to just be a bed in a kitchen.

There's also a desk, chair, and shelving unit.
If cooking dinner in your bedroom sounds unappealing, photos of the shared living room show it's also a kitchen.
The bathroom (which has a sink but no other items you'd expect in a kitchen) is to be shared by the new renter and four male roommates.
The rental space is located in the Joyce/Collingwood neighbourhood, with a SkyTrain station a 10-minute walk away, according to the listing.
