Seven North Shore teams hit senior boys rugby provincials

Seven North Shore teams are in action today as the high school rugby provincial championships get underway at Rotary Stadium in Abbotsford.

Seven North Shore teams are in action today as the high school rugby provincial championships get underway at Rotary Stadium in Abbotsford. 

The Carson Graham Eagles are playing in the top-ranked AAAA division where they'll take on Oak Bay in semifinal action starting at 2 p.m.

At the AAA Tier 1 level West Vancouver will play Yale at 11 a.m. 

Two North Shore teams are in action in AA Tier 1 with Rockridge playing Brentwood Wednesday morning and Collingwood facing Clarence Fulton starting at 2 p.m.

In Tier 2 AAA action Handsworth will face Elgin Park at 11 a.m. while Sentinel will meet Kelowna at 4 p.m. At the Tier 2 AA level Sutherland will face LV Rogers starting at 2 p.m.
