Buchanan Bowl 31 set for Saturday

The Handsworth Royals and Carson Graham Eagles will renew their rivalry in the 31st annual Buchanan Bowl this Saturday. The junior teams will get things started at 10:45 a.m. followed by the big senior showdown at 1:30 p.m.

The Handsworth Royals and Carson Graham Eagles will renew their rivalry in the 31st annual Buchanan Bowl this Saturday.

The junior teams will get things started at 10:45 a.m. followed by the big senior showdown at 1:30 p.m.

The Eagles are 2-0 so far this season, coming off an impressive 49-25 over Abbotsford’s W.J. Mouat Secondary on Friday. The Royals are also already in the win column following a 15-13 road victory over Richmond’s Hugh Boyd Secondary in their season opener Friday.
