I agree with Justine Simmons’ opinion.
There are more and more careless people who never even imagine that where they live is their neighbourhood, city, country and world.
I think that they don’t even keep their homes clean.
They easily throw their garbage everywhere even where the trash bin is so close to them.
I remember housewives in old times in my country used to clean up their yards and throw the trash over the wall to the back alley since they believed they should only clean their own homes, that is the premises surrounded by walls.
May God direct such careless people to behave better.
