An open letter to District of North Vancouver mayor and council:
I’m curious: why isn’t there a single pot shop in the DNV?
Vancouver has quite a few now and yet not a one here.
Is our permitting process so onerous or do we have planners and decision makers tied up in knots with indecision?
I for one am not a smoker but it does seem to be taking exceedingly long for you people to get this ball rolling.
Maybe the people that work in planning or permits department are as high as our taxes are.
