LETTER: Thank you so much for saving my life

Dear Editor:

I wish to thank the person or persons who took the initiative of calling 911 on Friday, Sept. 20 at Caulfeild Shopping Centre in the late afternoon.

Thank you so much for saving my life.

Also to the West Van fire department and the North Shore-based ambulance that came within a few minutes of receiving the call, an enormous amount of gratitude for their knowledge and quick actions that were what was needed to alter a medical emergency into a successful outcome.
