Dear Editor:
On the morning of Thursday, Oct. 18 I lost my driver’s licence on an early morning walk on the West Vancouver Seawalk. I was unaware I had lost it until I found it in an envelope in my mailbox with a note that it was found on the Seawall. I would like to extend my extreme gratitude to the kindness of this stranger who went out of her way to personally deliver it to my house in North Vancouver.
