INQUIRING REPORTER: How will you manage the smoke this summer?

The trend of the last two summers is likely to continue. Metro Vancouver officials issued a warning earlier this week advising people, especially those with breathing problems, to brace themselves for another smoky summer.

The greatest fire risk is generally between late July and late August, according to officials, who added that it’s a matter of when, not if, the hazy smoke will arrive.

Although it’s hard to say if wildfire season will be any worse than the last two summers, people should be preparing now for smoke season. But how?
