Are you missing your survey equipment? If so, the North Vancouver RCMP may have it.
Corp. Richard De Jong, spokesman for the North Vancouver RCMP, said the equipment was discovered Nov. 30 hidden behind a bush in the area of Chesterfield and West 23rd Street. It’s possible the equipment may have been stolen, he said.
Police have already checked with municipal crews in North Vancouver, but have yet to identify an owner, said De Jong.
The equipment is very specialized and expensive but would have no value to those who aren’t in the survey business, he said.
