TAYLORMOTIVE satisfied its customers in 2012, and they've got the hardware to prove it.
The North Vancouver repair shop with a specialty in collision work took the AutocheX Premier Achiever trophy back to the shop following an awards ceremony held at ICBC's centre in Coquitlam on May 28.
Taylormotive was the only North Shore auto shop to take home a prize, a trophy they also snagged in 2010.
The awards were sponsored by Mitchell International, a California company that compiles customer satisfaction data. The honour demonstrates Taylormotive's commitment to customer satisfaction, according to a release from Mitchell.
Approximately 400 repair companies out of 50,000 shops across North America qualified for the award.
