Cross-country skier Alysson Hamilton (left) joins several other high-level athletes at a Champ Chats session held at North Vancouver’s Game Ready Fitness earlier this month. The session was put on by Fast and Female, an organization that encourages girls to engage in sports and live a healthy lifestyle.
