A Richmond powerlifter champion is spreading the love by donating food to those working on the frontlines.
Staff members from DeBeck elementary in Richmond received lots of Indian cuisine and pizzas - purchased by Sumeet Sharma - as their lunch.
Sharma said that the teachers were grateful for the support they have received, and the donation is a way to say thank you.
“Hopefully, I can inspire more people to donate to the school on their end. Our schedule has been busier than before as my friends and I also plan to donate to the local food bank as well,” said Sharma.
Trevor Shuto, vice principal at DeBeck, said they appreciated the special lunch.
