Despite COVID-19 restrictions still in place across the province, it's business as usual for Delta's OWL Orphaned Wildlife Rehabilitation Society. The nonprofit group dedicates its time, thanks to dozens of volunteers, to rescuing and releasing birds of prey found all over B.C.

A majority of the injured birds needing care suffer from car strikes, electrocution due to power lines, and lead poisoning.

If you see an injured raptor, the society is available to take your call 24 hours a day.
